Francis Tarasiewicz, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service branch in Norton, MA, told USA Today Network on Wednesday, Oct. 29 that there will be scattered showers on the morning of Halloween, but noted there will be "gradual clearing" throughout the Bay State as trick-or-treating time approaches.
