HARTFORD, CT. (WFSB) - 19 people were displaced following a house fire in Hartford Saturday afternoon. Officials say that the blaze broke out at around 1:48 p.m. in the area of Fenwick Street. When crews arrived, they observed a heavy fire from the rear porches that extended to the third floor and to another building.
