Following its second bankruptcy filing in less than a year, all Joann store locations are set to close, pending court approval. The move comes after GA Group and lenders were selected as the winning bidders to acquire practically all of Joann’s assets,

Fabric and crafts retailer Joann Inc., which has been a destination for generations of quilters, knitters and other lovers of crafts, is going out of business.

The announcement that the chain would close all 800 of its stores in 49 states comes after a period of financial turmoil.
