The cleanup process continues in Washington County just outside of Potosi after the National Weather Service confirmed an EF-3 tornado ripped through a rural area about five miles northwest of town.

Kenny Wallace took to his official YouTube channel to share an update on the recent tornado that ravaged the Potosi area in Missouri.

The Fancy Lad Farms and Wildlife Sanctuary was created by owner Todd Heilman four years ago to give animals a second chance. He said many are orphaned, sick, or wounded. "I rescue, raise and soft release on my 107-acre property. Eighty-plus raccoons and another 70 of all other species," added Heilman.

A radar-confirmed tornado touched down south of Greenville in Bond County, and officials confirmed significant damage in the area. 5 On Your Side's Brent Solomon reported that at least two homes appeared to be destroyed across from a large field that was littered with debris.

Emergency crews rushed to Potosi, Missouri, after at least one tornado swept through the area on Wednesday, causing significant damage outside of St. Louis.

Troopers responded to a confirmed tornado touchdown approx. 6 miles northwest of Potosi in Washington County Wednesday afternoon. Several homes and structures completely damaged. Troopers and local first responders contacted the residents.

POTOSI, Mo. — As storms passed through Washington County on Wednesday, Edg-Clif Farms and Winery suffered extensive damage on their property, but no one was injured. Edg-Clif Owner Steffie Littlefield said she had a view of the tornado heading straight for them.
