Princess Anne isn’t planning on slowing down anytime soon.

Princess Anne said retirement “isn’t really an option” for members of the royal family. The Princess Royal, 74, was asked about potential plans to cut back on royal duties in an interview with the Press Association published on Friday4.

Anne — the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip’s only daughter — was forced to cancel all of her official duties slated in the weeks that followed the accident, including a state visit and a trip to Canada. The beloved royal experienced temporary memory loss after the injury, as well as a concussion.

King Charles ' sister, 74, said she won't scale back her royal responsibilities in the coming years in a new interview with the Press Association. The chat happened during Princess Anne's two-day visit to South Africa, her first international working trip of the year from Jan. 21 to Jan. 22.

She says she cannot remember the incident that put her in hospital with concussion last summer.
