Three earthquakes in four hours hit off San Francisco coast
The San Francisco Peninsula shook three times in less than four hours on Friday, with all the earthquakes centered off Ocean Beach. The quakes of magnitude 3.6, 2.5 and 3.0 had epicenters 3 to 4 miles northwest of the San Francisco Zoo, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
