Kimberly-Clark is buying Tylenol maker Kenvue for nearly $50 billion, and Wall Street isn’t too fond of the deal.The cash-and-stock transaction, announced Monday, values Kenvue at an enterprise value of about $48.

The five-year deal, valued at roughly $9.7 billion, includes a 20% prepayment and marks a significant step in IREN’s expansion into large-scale artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure. The company has also signed a $5.8 billion procurement deal with Dell Technologies to source the GPUs and supporting equipment.

The AWS partnership is OpenAI's first major cloud computing deal since striking a new agreement with Microsoft that gave it more flexibility.
