Now that the 2025 NFL Draft is over, we look ahead to next year when the No. 1 pick in the draft might be Texas Longhorns quarterback Arch Manning.

However, Joel Klatt did not think Manning would be the top prospect in the 2026 NFL Draft if the Texas quarterback leaves early. On a recent edition of " The Joel Klatt Show ," Klatt put Ohio State Buckeyes safety Caleb Downs ahead of Manning.

PFF’s Max Chadwick and Dalton Wasserman: “Texas’ new star quarterback will have high expectations heading into 2025, but he played well in limited action last season. Across 233 snaps, including two starts, Manning posted an 88.0 PFF overall grade with six big-time throws and two turnover-worthy plays.”
