Emmy voters are still infected with The Last of Us, rewarding the zombified series with 16 nominations on Tuesday, including Best Drama Series. (Severance and The White Lotus led the drama field with 27 and 23 noms,

The nominees in two categories, outstanding reality competition program and outstanding talk series, have already been announced. The rest of the nominees will be revealed via livestream at 11:30 a.m. ET, with actors Harvey Guillén and Brenda Song presenting the news alongside Television Academy chair Cris Abrego.

It’s that infamous time of year again when we collectively hold our breath as we find out which TV series — and their stars, writers and directors — are in the running for awards. For every buzz-worthy show that made the cut, you can bet there are plenty of shockers that have us puzzled, too.
