Senate Republicans are hurtling toward a final vote on President Donald Trump’s agenda bill after more than 24 hours of painstaking negotiations on changes to the package to win over key GOP support.

Senate Republicans hope they are hours away from passing their massive tax and immigration bill. But the outcome is far from certain.

Trump on Saturday lashed out at Tillis, warning that he was making a “BIG MISTAKE” and calling him “a talker and complainer, NOT A DOER!” He celebrated the news of his retirement on Sunday night, but has not yet reacted publicly to the senator’s speech.
