The final day of the UEFA Champions League league phase has arrived.

Liverpool needed a win (or maybe just a draw) to finish in the top-eight of the UEFA Champions League, and the Reds left no doubt as they hammered Azerbaijani side Qarabag 6-0 at Anfield.

Dortmund has to be careful. While they sit just one point behind Inter in the table, 16th in the league, a loss on Wednesday could spell the end of their Champions League run, as a number of clubs could pass the Bundesliga side with a victory on the final matchday.

Eight teams are through to the round of 16: Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Barcelona, Chelsea, Sporting CP and Manchester City. The teams that finished between ninth and 24th await Friday's play-off draw. The event will stream live on UEFA's official site at 6 a.m. ET.
