The Broncos (5-2) are set to welcome the Cowboys (3-3-1) in one of the most compelling matchups yet this season, as Denver’s top-five defense aims to slow the Cowboys’ potent offense.

Last year, the Broncos went 10-7 in coach Sean Payton's second season, reaching the NFL playoffs for the first time since the team won Super Bowl 50 following the 2015 campaign. Payton will now attempt to get his squad back to the playoffs -- and he has aspirations to go much further than the Wild Card round this time.

Broncos LB Justin Strnad received a $15,486 fine. Riley Moss also received an unrelated fine for a separate offense.
