We’re continuing to monitor a disturbance (Invest 98 L) in the Eastern Caribbean that has a likely chance for development. It’s becoming a bit more organized, and hurricane hunters will investigate this system Tuesday to see if it has a closed circulation. If so, it may get the name Melissa if winds are strong enough.
