Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk persuaded a judge on Wednesday to allow a jury trial on his allegations that ChatGPT maker OpenAI violated its founding mission in its high-profile restructuring to a for-profit entity.
OpenAI is acquiring the three-person team behind the leadership development software startup Convogo, according to an OpenAI spokesperson. Convogo co-founders Matt Cooper, Evan Cater, and Mike Gillett will join OpenAI as part of the all-stock deal, the spokesperson said. OpenAI is not acquiring any of Convogo's intellectual property.
