A third storm system this week is moving into Southern California Thursday, bringing another round of rain, chilly temperatures and renewed concerns about flooding and debris flows in vulnerable burn areas.

Strong winds combined with the wet weather could create dangerous conditions for outdoor recreation, according to the NWS.

A thunderstorm is a possibility and could produce heavier rain through Ventura County, gustier winds, small hail and a very small chance of a tornado.
