The lucky resident, who hails from San Marcos, purchased a second-tier, winning Mega Millions ticket from a convenience store in Austin, according to a Monday, October 20, news release from the Texas Lottery. The life-changing swipe happened at a U-Pak-M located at 11940 Manchaca Road, Suite 101, Austin, TX 78748.
