A University of South Florida doctoral student was found dead Friday on a Tampa Bay bridge and his roommate was arrested, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said.

Human remains found on the Howard Frankland Bridge Friday morning have been identified as missing USF student Zamil Limon, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

Russini resigned from her post at The Athletic on April 14, and Vrabel is skipping Day 3 of the NFL Draft to seek counseling.
