The San Francisco 49ers have agreed to trade Samuel to the Washington Commanders, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport first reported on Sunday evening. The Commanders will send a fifth-round pick to the 49ers in exchange for the wide receiver. The deal will not become official until the NFL's new league year begins on March 12.
