Days of heavy rain swept away cars, homes and businesses in multiple cities in South Korea. Thousands of people were evacuated across the southern region as some areas received as much as 31 inches of rain.

Heavy rains in South Korea have killed at least four people and forced over 1,300 to evacuate. Three people were found dead Thursday in a submerged car, a stream, and a flooded basement.
