Plans have been lodged for an eight-storey building in Belfast, comprising seven floors of grade A office accommodation at a site adjacent to Lanyon Place Station.

The largest shareholder of Inspired plc, Gresham House, has said it has no intention of accepting an offer which has been tabled for the energy and sustainabiliy specialist.
