The Detroit Lions are still not exactly certain when veteran defensive end Marcus Davenport will return to action. Head coach Dan Campbell provided a hopeful update, indicating the 29-year-old is still expected to return to action at some point this season.

"They’re not young anymore. I told them that, that’s done. We’re at the halfway point here, they’re veterans now. And they’re expected to play good ball, and even better every week."

Detroit Lions safety Kerby Joseph did not participate in practice on Tuesday, when the team returned form their bye week. The talented safety has been battling a knee injury for months, and a recent performance against the Chiefs forced the coaching staff to evaluate if he needed to sit and rest.

Decker was able to play all 68 offensive snaps in the win over the Buccaneers, then the top team in the NFC, but the left tackle gave up a sack that led to a Jared Goff fumble. While Decker played well otherwise, Campbell said the veteran lineman was frustrated by the mistake.
