A 39-year-old Sacramento man was arrested over the weekend in connection with a fatal shooting in the Del Paso Heights neighborhood, authorities said.

The lawsuit contends a DPS official laughed at the employee, a gay man, when he recounted his experience as a sexual assault survivor.

The judicial appointments include positions in Kings, Los Angeles, Orange, Santa Clara, Shasta, and Sutter counties.
