Husband of social media influencer Emilie Kiser may face felony child abuse charges following the drowning death of their three-year-old son Trigg in Arizona.

The Chandler Police Department announced Tuesday that after completing their investigation, detectives believe the 3-year-old boy’s father, Brady Kiser, should be charged with child abuse, a class 4 felony. The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office will decide whether or not to charge Kiser.

Influencer Emilie Kiser’s husband, Brady Kiser, could be slapped with child abuse charges following their 3-year-old son’s drowning, police said. Trigg, the young son of the TikTok star, died days after he was found unresponsive in a swimming pool at the family’s Arizona home in May.
