Yash Chopra was a legendary filmmaker who made some of the biggest hits in the cinema over the decades, with unforgettable films like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Darr, Deewaar and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.

Salim-Javed, as the two were known at the time, gave Hindi cinema some of its biggest hits but the Yash Chopra-directed "Deewaar", starring Amitabh Bachchan and Shashi Kapoor, holds a special place.
