There’s still the issue of honoring trade requests at all here, but getting something back out of a messy split with Wilson is better than nothing.

A Cincinnati Bengals defensive lineman has requested a trade with just days before the deadline and the Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers could all have interest.

Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle McKinnley Jackson has requested a trade ahead of the team's NFL Week 9 game against the Chicago Bears at Paycor Stadium, according to a report from ESPN. Jackson was inactive for the Bengals' Week 8 loss to the New York Jets and the team's Week 7 win against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

According to ESPN’s Ben Baby, Jackson has asked for a trade or release, making him the third defender in recent weeks to ask off the team. A third-round pick by the Bengals in 2024, Jackson hasn’t been able to shake free of the inactives list for most of the season.

Despite continuing to receive trade calls from teams across the NFL, the Bengals aren't interested in moving Trey Hendrickson or Logan Wilson.

The Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts and Los Angeles Rams have some similar needs to address ahead of the trade deadline and all three teams have reportedly called about three Cincinnati Bengals players.
