Andy Byron, the chief executive of New York-based tech company Astronomer, has resigned from his role after he was spotted embracing an employee at a Coldplay concert, according to a LinkedIn post from the company on Saturday.

Astronomer CEO Andy Byron has resigned days after a video showing a couple ducking away from the kiss cam at a recent Coldplay concert in Massachusetts went viral. The pair appeared so caught off guard in the clip that Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin dropped a zinger that immediately sent internet sleuths to work.

Astronomer, a data company headquartered in New York, confirmed on LinkedIn that its CEO, Andy Byron, has stepped down.
