Snow will conclude for most of the area by noon. However, the wind will increase and create concern for blowing snow and reduced visibility this afternoon. So, just because the snow stopped falling, travel impacts are still expected. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for southern and eastern Siouxland through the afternoon.
