Jannik Sinner has overwhelmed a not-fully-fit Novak Djokovic 6-3, 6-3, 6-4 in the Wimbledon semifinals to set up a showdown for the championship against Carlos Alcaraz.

Sinner tested positive twice for an anabolic steroid during the 2024 Indian Wells Tournament. He tested positive for a substance called Clostebol, which is notably banned in tennis, and he was first popped for the steroid during Indian Wells, and then again eight days later in an out-of-competition sample.

Now, Sinner is looking to move within one major of the Golden Slam. He has already captured the Australian Open and the US Open, winning both of those tournaments in 2024.
