During the Monday Night Football opening drive, Jaxson Dart was hit and went down to the turf grabbing his knee.
But as first-year coach John Harbaugh’s team dropped to 1-1, the Giants believe Dart did not sustain a season-ending knee injury, like a torn ACL. With an MRI coming Tuesday back in New Jersey, the Giants’ belief is that Dart has a sprained MCL — which typically sidelines a player for four to six weeks.
The Rams host the Giants to close out Week 2 on Monday Night Football.
