The Elizabethtown Area School District Board of School Directors approved the 2025-2026 school calendar at its regularly-scheduled January 2025 action meeting. The first day of school for students will be August 25, and the last day of school will be May 29.

The Elizabethtown Area School District unanimously approved Megan Moffett as East High Street Elementary School’s principal in February 2022. Ms. Moffett began her career in education with the Palmyra Area School District (PASD) in 2006 as a classroom teacher at the elementary level.
