Haiti: Since February this year, there has been an uptick of violence in Port-au-Prince between armed gangs, police, and civilian defense brigades. We have scaled up medical activities in the Haitian capital to care for the mounting number of people injured in the chaos. More than 950 people have sought care at MSF’s Tabarre hospital and emergency rooms in Cité Soliel.
