At least two Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations have happened at construction sites in the El Paso area this week. Witnesses say dozens of ICE vehicles arrived at the Paseo del Este neighborhood in Horizon City, arresting an unknown number of immigrant workers on Jan. 14. Agents were also spotted raiding a housing development in Santa Teresa, New Mexico on Jan. 12. @natassia_paloma shares more. | El Paso Times
