Former king of talkback radio Howard Sattler has died. He was 76 and lost his 10 year battle with a terminal brain disorder. The shock jock was sensationally fired from radio station 6PR in 2013 after asking former Prime Minister Julia Gillard if her partner Tim Mathieson was gay.
