Freestyle demonstration swim for some young swimmers at our Brent Hayden Swim Camp with the @perthstingrays yesterday! We had every swimmer count their strokes before and after going through our Freestyle Mastery Accelerator program and in just 2 hours virtually every single swimmer took off massive stroke counts off their 50s.
