As part of the Australian Air Force Cadets 75th year Anniversary, 3 Wing (3WG) were granted Freedom of Entry to the City of Sydney, Sunday 28 August, 2016. The parade saw over 1000 cadets and staff march down Macquarie Street to the Opera House. Chief of Defence Force, Air Chief Marshal Mark Binskin, a former 3WG Cadet reviewed the parade.
