When a Brooklyn man found himself in distress in the water at Canarsie Pier, a local fisherman jumped in after him & held him above the water before NY’s Finest & Bravest arrived. NYPD Special Operations ESU officers wasted no time to enter the water, and with help from @FDNY personnel, brought both men back to safety.
