“Tennessee Jed,” which debuted in October 1971, made its way into the setlist on this day in 1989 at Sullivan Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts. Though never released on a studio album, the song appeared on the live album, ‘Europe ‘72,’ and would go on to be performed 433 times during the band’s touring years.
