Hill repeats are a great way to improve your running. But they are tough. Through years of experience, I find that too many runners make the following simple errors 1. They do too many hill reps, and thus the quality is too low. depdning on goals I start at 12 mins of total ‘ hurt’ and will push it to about 18 mins max after a few weeks. 2. They do not push hard enough on up hill, this is vital if you want develop your running economy. Aim for wobbly legs 🙃 3. They do not allow their heart rate
