Clips from last nights back workout. Started off with a my usual 5 set of pullups, trying to increase my number in this one, so getting those sets and reps in definitely helps After that moved on to one of my staples of my back workout, which are dumbbell rows, going for a heavy weight here, so form may not be 100% perfect on these. Then moved onto 5 sets of lat pull downs and 5 sets of bicep curls. Finished off this long back day with shrugs and facepulls (not shown here) What are your favorite
