Everyone agrees that it would be absurd for someone who is a subject of a criminal investigation to be able to choose the judge who may ultimately hear their case, but that’s exactly what’s happening right now with President Trump -- who is a subject of the special counsel investigation -- and his nominee for the Supreme Court, Judge Brett Kavanaugh. On top of that, Kavanaugh is the one judge out of Trump's entire list of 20 judges who has written extensively on his beliefs that a sitting presid
